Risk Management
Developed a Safety Risk Identification and Grading Control Manual for the Shanghai Chemical Industrial Park Development Company, identifying safety compliance obligations and establishing a risk control plan. System Construction
We have established an EHS management system based on ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 for a German wholly-owned auto parts manufacturing service company in Lingang, Shanghai. Bilingual procedures and processes in both Chinese and English have been compiled for the company.
Since the establishment of a certain chemical industrial park's science and innovation park, we have continuously provided support for the construction and updating of their EHS management system. We have designed corporate admission and management systems for them, and provided compliance audit support, system update support, and regulatory interpretation support.
For a foreign-invested packaging products company, we have established an ISO 14001 environmental management system, developed policies and provided guidance for the operation and implementation of the system. We have trained the company’s internal auditors and supported the company in obtaining external certification.
We assisted a Shanghai-based paint manufacturing company with hearings and government communications, helping the company to reduce the penalty from 220,000 to 130,000 yuan due to poor hazardous waste management.
